Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the US on all items! We usually take 1 business day to ship out your order(s), in a few cases, 2 business days. Please note that business days exclude the weekends and holidays.

Is international shipping available?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States at the moment.

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping speed

  • Free on all orders within the U.S.
  • Estimated shipping & delivery: 3-4 business days

Expedited shipping speed

  • Free on orders over $300 within the U.S.
  • Estimated shipping & delivery: 1-3 business days
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different warehouse locations, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

How do I track my order?

Simply, by logging into your account OR use our chat widget located at the bottom of the right corner - from here you would select "Track my order" > enter in your order number and email.

Return & Exchange

Do I have to pay for the return label?

No, you do not have to pay for the return label. Please contact us for the return label via chat or in the contact form below.

What is the time frame to return the item(s)?

You would have 30 days after the order is placed.

Is there a restocking fee?

We may charge a 15% restocking fee if the item(s) is returned used or damaged.

Payments

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Can I use one or more discount codes on my order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us - such as earning points with our rewards program, faster checkouts, etc.
