Glacier Minimalist Wired Mechanical Keyboard

I absolutely love the Glacier Minimalist Mechanical Keyboard! Its compact 75% layout is perfect for saving space on my desk without compromising on functionality. The hot-swappable switches make it a breeze to customize the typing experience, and the aluminum frame not only adds durability but also gives it a premium feel. The PBT keycaps are a joy to type on, and the USB-C connectivity is super convenient. Plus, the sleek black design is just icing on the cake. This keyboard has become an essential part of my setup, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a top-notch mechanical keyboard.

I recently received the Glacier Minimalist 75% Mechanical Keyboard and I am very happy with it. The keyboard is well-built and seems to be extremely durable. The aluminum frame is sturdy and the keycaps are made of PBT, which is a more durable material than ABS. The keys are also very comfortable to type on. They have a nice, tactile feel and they are not too loud. The RGB lighting is also very nice. It is bright and vibrant.

The hot-swappable switches are a great feature. This allows you to easily change out the switches to your liking. I have already swapped out a few of the stock switches for some Gateron Browns and I am very happy with the results.

The only real con that I can find with this keyboard is that it does not have dedicated media keys. This is a minor complaint, but it would be nice to have them. Overall, I am very happy with the Glacier Minimalist 75% Mechanical Keyboard. It is a great choice for both typists and gamers.

75% keyboards are a rare breed. If you're someone who is married to their F keys, this is a good one. The overall weight is superb as it is a hefty one, so you can be sure it will stay in place in your next gaming session.

It does have legs you can pop out to increase the incline, but honestly, the natural incline is plenty. It does sit kind of high, so you may also need to consider a wrist rest to go with it for a more comfortable typing experience.

On the subject of the typing experience, the included Gateron Yellow switches feel *good*. Responsive linear switches. Keystrokes are audible, so if you're in voice chat or streaming, you will need to make adjustments to your audio. More importantly, the spacebar bracket is solid and secure. The white PBT keycaps really make the RGB illumination pop as if you were using pudding caps.

The keyboard is capable of swapping both the switch and keycaps, so as an entry point for the custom keyboard community, this is a welcome sight. You do get an included cap/switch puller to help with this future endeavor too!

The dipswitch is located underneath the right leg of the keyboard so you can further adjust the keyboard functionality. I prefer the default just fine, but glad to know it's there all the same.

If I had to nitpick, the included USB C cable is rather on the short side, so you may have need to use a different one or buy a coiled cable.

Final impression on this keyboard, this is a fantastic value right out of the box, with the ability to allow for growth later on. Are there better custom keyboards out there? Sure. More expensive, too.
