Description
The Weikav NUT87 Keyboard is a prebuilt wireless TKL mechanical keyboard that is ready to type on the moment it comes out of the box. It ships fully assembled with factory-lubed HMX Naihuang linear switches and tri-color double-shot PBT keycaps in Cherry profile: Cloud Ink on the black case, Cloud White on the silver. The tenkeyless layout drops the numpad to give your mouse more room while keeping the full function row, arrow keys and editing cluster.
An 8000Hz polling rate in both wired and 2.4GHz wireless modes (0.125ms response) makes the NUT87 a strong wireless gaming keyboard, and Bluetooth covers laptops, tablets and phones. A physical switch on top toggles wired and wireless instantly, with no settings to dig through. The case is CNC-machined from 6063 aluminum with a 220-grit anodized finish and weighted with a knurled aluminum backplate, so the board weighs about 2.08 kg and stays planted on your desk.
Inside, a gasket-mounted PC plate, 1.2mm single-key-slot PCB and five layers of PORON, PET and IXPE dampening give it a soft, rounded sound. Reactive RGB runs along the top edge, with a second underglow bar beneath the editing cluster. When you want to change the feel, the ball-catch case opens tool-free and the hot-swappable PCB lets you swap switches without soldering. Remap keys, record macros and adjust lighting in Weikav's web driver (press Fn+P), with no software to install.
